Can you believe we’re just days away from saying goodbye to 2024? If you’re anything like me, this week feels like that cozy in between moment where you’re reflecting on the year while sneakily daydreaming about the next. And let’s be real, ending the year on a high note sounds dreamy, right?
But here’s the thing: you don’t need a big, dramatic plan to finish strong. Sometimes, the smallest acts of self-care can make the biggest difference. So, grab a warm drink, snuggle up, and let’s talk about self-care tips to help you close out 2024 with love, joy, and all the bubbly vibes.

1. Start with gratitude for 2024
Let’s kick things off with a gratitude moment, shall we? Reflecting on the year and appreciating what went well is such a powerful way to set the tone for the new year.
For me, 2024 was a mix of challenges and blessings. Starting Fathima’s Journey, connecting with all of you, and learning to embrace my personal growth journey were some of my biggest highlights. (Also, finding my favorite scarf on sale 10/10 moment!)

You deserve a self-care day babe, no questions asked! My idea of the perfect self-care day is pretty simple:

🦋 Sipping on a hot cuppa tea and binge watching feel-good movies.
Yours might look different, and that’s the beauty of it! Self-care is all about what makes you feel amazing.
